Online Tai Chi

This online class meets on Fridays from 10:00-10:45 a.m. and focuses on improving your physical balance through Qigong, Tai Chi form, and Tai Chi movements adapted to address balance-specific needs. The class is live-streamed on Zoom and recorded so that you can attend live, via the recordings at a more convenient time, or both. Unlimited access to each recording is available for two weeks after the class is held.

The 10-week 2024 Spring Session runs from March 29 - June 7 (no class May 17). You are welcome to join mid-session. 

If you have already enrolled in another class for the upcoming session, registration for this class is available at a 10% discount. 

Our registration system will ask you for a password to access the registration page. If you are a currently enrolled student, you will find the password in the registration email that you received. If you are a new student, please contact Lisa Rawson at 914-815-1922 before registering.

Note that this class, which works on improving physical balance, pairs well with our Online Meditation Class, which works on balancing mind and body through breathing, visualization, mindfulness, and movement. Together, the two classes create a comprehensive balance program for body and mind.
