Traditional Form Training
Students can participate anonymously by muting their audio and video, or engage the discussions and the corrections process more actively by leaving them both on, or anything in between.
If you are already enrolled in our Online Tai Chi for Balance Program, this class is available at a 10% discount.

Eight live-streamed classes on Zoom that meet Mondays, 7:00-8:00 p.m., from October 26 to December 14.
Unlimited access to online recordings that show the basics of a movement we covered in class. The recordings will be available for two weeks after a class is held and will prove especially useful to beginners.
This eight-week session will explore Cheng Man-ch'ing's 37-movement Short Form, which he derived from the Yang Style Long Form. The class is appropriate for all levels, from beginners to more advanced students. This session will begin with the first movement of the form. Each class will explore a movement first on a basic level and then a more advanced one, touching on body mechanics, martial applications, and energy movement. All movements will be done standing. The class is taught by Lisa Rawson.
