Each class includes traditional Yang Style Tai Chi form training and Qigong. All movements are done standing or walking. 

In-Person Tai Chi Form for Beginners

Saturdays

  • 10:20-11:20 am

An introduction to traditional Yang Style Tai Chi form training and Qigong. No prior experience required. All movements are done standing or walking.

Online Tai Chi Form Training

Tuesdays

  • 6:30-7:30 pm

Meets via Zoom. Traditional Yang Style Tai Chi form training and Qigong. This class is currently studying the second half of the short form. Permission is required to register. Learn more here.

Traditional Tai Chi Form Training

These are the first taught of the Tai Chi weapons. Some experience in Tai Chi is required. If you are interested in this class, please contact the instructor directly. 

Online Tai Chi for Physical and Mental Balance

  • 10:00-10:45 am

This program includes two live-streamed classes on Zoom: Online Tai Chi for Balance on Fridays and Meditation and Qigong on Wednesdays. Unlimited access to online recordings of the live-streamed classes will be available for two weeks after the classes are held. Learn more here.

In-Person Tai Chi for Balance

Each class includes Qigong, Tai Chi for balance, Tai Chi form, and Tai Chi walking. All movements are done standing or walking. Both classes are appropriate for all levels. But if you need chair assistance or to be seated, please register for the 11:00 am class.
